EFT in My House
I honestly and truly do use EFT on myself on a daily basis.  Sometimes something will come up, and in that moment I'll just tap a shortcut (or, to be more accurate, I think about tapping on myself) for a few seconds, then continue on with my day.  Once in a while I will sit down and do a more 'formal' session (like when an issue keeps popping up and won't let me ignore it any more!)  For these times, I will set aside an hour or so for myself, and go back to the basics - tapping the entire recipe.  I actually use my own videos too, as cues to tap through all the reasons why I don't want to get rid of an issue.  I also make use of websites, articles, and videos of other EFT practitioners, and will call up a friend-practitioner that can help shine a light on my situation, giving me a broader perspective than I am able to accomplish on my own.
This is a collection of articles I've written about my experiences using EFT in my daily life - with myself, my kids, or my friends.  If you ever have questions about events in your life, and how to approach dealing with them using EFT, please feel free to contact me and I'd be more than happy to give you some suggestions.

EFT only works if you use it.  I hope my personal experiences will help encourage you to make EFT a part of your home life.
