I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with the majority of my clients, and though they appreciate the technique, and are amazed by the results that they see, many confess that they seldom (if ever) tap for themselves at home.  EFT, as a procedure, is very simple, but many people get caught up in "what should I say?"  

Having videos to follow along and tap with makes the process easier.

However, EFT is most effective when addressing SPECIFIC  thoughts and feelings, so follow my videos, but make note of what feelings or thoughts are triggered for you, and wherever possible, use your own words as you tap.

I've grouped all of my videos together in different series' for a reason - though it is possible that any one video may resolve an issue for you - these videos are designed to be used together, and each series represents a fairly comprehensive treatment.  You will see the greatest results if you tap with each video in the series.
