I've put together several sequences of tapping that are sure to address any issue that you may be dealing with. Each video is 5-7 minutes long, and there are 11 of them in total.
You can do them all in sequence in one sitting, or pick and choose them as you wish, maybe doing them throughout the course of a day or over several days.

We first tap for the problem itself. Be sure to watch the Introduction video for more information on how to be precise and specific in identifying your problem. This is a key factor in the success of the treatment.
Video 2: Feelings About The Problem
In this second video, we address all the feelings that are associated with Having The Problem, and the way This Problem has affected your life.
Video 3: The Message Of The Problem
In the third video, we deal with the concept that The Problem symptom is there for a reason and that there is a message behind it.
Video 4: Even If I Don't Get Over It
We are now going to affirm that somehow we are okay whether we have the problem or not, and that we will be fine even if we don't get over The Problem.
We now address the fact that even though it's a Problem for us, it is something familiar and 'comfortable' for that reason. Getting over the problem may not feel safe, simply because it involves change and the unknown.
Video 6: Secondary Losses
In this sixth video, we address the fact that when you give up The Problem you are likely giving up other things as well. It can be something such as a certain kind of attention from others, or in some situations even even monetary benefit, that is associated with having particular symptoms.
Similar to the previous video, sometimes giving up The Problem means gaining things that are undesirable. Sometimes our symptoms enable us to avoid certain things we would otherwise feel obligated to do. We have to address these issues before we can readily give up The Problem itself.
In this eighth video we tap for the beliefs we might hold on a subconscious level that we are not acutally good enough, somehow not deserving of getting over This Problem. (Which by extension, means that on some level we carry a belief that we somehow deserve to have this painful issue.)
Video 9: Loss of Identity
With this sequence, we tap for the fact that we tend to become very familiar with the person we know in relation to The Problem. Sometimes you've had an issue for so long, you don't know who you would be without it, or perhaps you think "That's just the way I am," as if the behaviour is a part of you. When this is the case, the prospect of giving up The Problem can be associated with a loss of identity.
Video 10: Have It On Authority
In this tenth and final video, we tap for ingrained beliefs that we may have adopted from others. Sometimes the word of a person (or general society at large) can carry enough weight to override our own hopes and intentions. For example, perhaps a doctor has told you that you will always have this issue.
