Session Information
  "Begin where you are"
"When you touch a body,
you touch the whole person, the intellect, the spirit,
and the emotions."
Jane Harrington
For the hands-on portion of the treatment, I generally combine Reiki and CranioSacral therapy, using feedback from the tissues to guide the process.

For those who are interested solely in EFT, or the light-touch bodywork, we can absolutely devote an entire 60 minutes to the method of your choice.  Each session for each client will be a completely unique experience.

Throughout each session, clients remain fully clothed, sitting comfortably or reclining on a treatment table.  Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.

What does a treatment session "look" like?
I like to begin the first session with a few rounds of EFT, simply because it is so effective and easy to learn, and something that clients can do for themselves.  I then complete the treatment with hands-on techniques with the client on the massage table.
What's the recommended number or frequency of visits?
These modalities are wonderful relaxation techniques, and each session on its own can provide great benefit in terms of relief from pain and stress.  In this way, occasional or one-time appointments can serve as a great way to 'treat' yourself and I welcome clients to book sessions as they feel needed.

However, if you have certain ongoing conditions or issues that you are trying to address in particular, commitment to a regular, more comprehensive 'treatment plan' may be required.  Two sessions in a period of two weeks is a good initial start that will give us both a good idea of how the tissues are responding.  We can then develop a plan together that will best suit you.

How do these kinds of treatments 'fit in' with what I'm already doing? Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can all be used successfully in conjunction with, and often enhance, orthodox medical treatments and other alternative healing modalities.  There are no contraindications to adding these methods to your existing health and wellness plan.
